On this said the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow at the regional meeting of chairmen of primary trade Union organizations representing industrial enterprises in various industries, organizations and public sector institutions, as well as leaders of regional branch trade unions. The event was also attended by the Chairman of regional Council Anatoly Oleynik. Addressing the gathering, Valery Cow reported on the main directions of activities of the regional authorities on important issues of the region related to the repair of roads, applying for contract service in the ranks of the APU, with the legalization of wages and labor, improving the quality of social life of citizens. "In the Vinnytsia region is home to over 1 million. 600 thousand inhabitants, of which employed of working age to 780 thousand people, 210 thousand people are in the "shadow employment", therefore, this issue requires urgent solution, new methods of promotion for employment of the population. Each year, the labour market in Vinnytsia updated about 10 thousand young specialists. The task of government is to create adequate conditions for their employment, because they are worthy of future development of the region's economy", - said Valery Cow. In turn, Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of the region noted that we need a fair distribution of the social product, the outcome of labor: a person should get credit. The speakers focused on what the situation demands of trade unions be strengthened to protect the interests of Union members in terms of falling living standards. And the main weapon to achieve this is through social dialogue, the effectiveness of which is necessary to raise at times. It is extremely important together to work out a solution and tactics of the consolidated actions at the regional level and on the ground. In their speeches, trade Union activists shared information about the real situation on the ground, in the workforce. Also there was discussion unallo activities, exchanged opinions concerning strengthening the protective capacity of the organizations in the deteriorating life of the participants. "The main priority task of the authorities is the issue of public safety of the citizens. Indeed, in such difficult conditions that our country is now, and what is happening in Vinnytsia region, affects all of us, and only through joint efforts we will be able to stabilize the social and economic situation in the region", - said Valery Cow. The results of the work of the regional meeting of chairmen of primary trade Union organizations adopted a resolution and made an appeal to the workers of the region on the occasion of international labour Day.
