In Vinnytsia region during receiving undue advantage detained the head of the precinct of the hospital of veterinary medicine
Yesterday (28.04.2016) the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region together with employees of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region and the Department of protection of the economy in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine exposed the head of the precinct of the hospital of veterinary medicine of one of the districts that received undue benefit in the amount of 2500 UAH from the inhabitant of Vinnytsia region for issuing veterinary certificates for products of animal without the approval of the relevant expert studies. Specified offender detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. Now conducted initial urgent investigative actions. The issue concerning the message on suspicion in Commission of crime, provided part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine and election of a measure of restraint in form of detention. Note. According to part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (receiving by the official of illegal benefit), there is a liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property and with special confiscation.
