Part of the XIX International contest of school media, which took place in Nikolaev, took 434 institutions middle-school. Over the 19 years of the competition the archives contain 20748 works. Among the vocational schools of Vinnytsia region win for the region brought the members of the editorial Board of the Vinnytsia interregional higher vocational school. The school newspaper "the Youth Bulletin" for the fourth time takes part in competitions. In the framework of awarding the winners of the XIX international contest of school media newspaper "Youth Bulletin" DPTNZ "Vinnytsia interregional higher professional school" is recognized as the best in the category "coverage of the topic of the rule of law" (with the support of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine) XIX International contest of school media. The diploma of the winner and a number of valuable prizes were awarded to the representatives of the editorial Board of the edition Natalia kolomiychuk, Irina and Tatiana Melnichuk Mine. Also the newspaper "the Youth Herald" received the diploma of the laureate in the nomination "Photo report", "Telecast", "the Web site". Contest was organized by the national Union of journalists of Ukraine, national Academy of pedagogical Sciences, Association of youth press and the press and television.
