Decentralization in the sphere of state registration of real estate and business in Zhytomyr completed successfully
Main territorial Department of justice in Zhytomyr region informs that on April 30, 2016 ended certain laws of Ukraine "On state registration of real rights to immovable property and their encumbrances" and "On state registration of legal entities, individuals - entrepreneurs and community groups" (further – the Law) the transitional period for decentralization of powers in the spheres of state registration of real estate and business and transmitting them to the field. So, from may 1, 2016 suspended the provision of administrative services in these areas of the state registration by territorial bodies of justice.
