Vinnicchina: the Prosecutor's office is taking steps to prosecute officials who evade execution of court decisions
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region established that officials of one of state enterprises, Sharhorod district, being able, intentionally do not perform 9 of the court's decisions on collection of debts in the budget and funds of a social orientation, totaling more than 600 thousand hryvnia. It is established that the management of the enterprise-the debtor, in violation of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine «On enforcement proceedings" for 2013 – 2015 committed actions that hindered the enforcement of court decisions, including 5 open new Bank accounts. During this period the company received income in the amount of 3.6 million USD, but funds for the debt repayment to the state for the above amount is not sent. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region on the specified fact in the Unified state register of pretrial investigations included information on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 382 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
