As a result of fishing the perpetrator has caused damage to fish economy by the destruction of valuable fish species, namely catfish in the amount of 3 copies, bream – 1 PC., carp – 50 copies, and 7 eco. walleye. The sum of the caused damage to the nature is 5865 USD. The total weight of illegally caught fish is 21 kg. on 06 may 2016, about eight o'clock in the evening on ladyzhyns'ke reservoir (near the village of Novoselovka Nemirko district, Vinnytsia region) RAID group Vniizarubezhgeo detained two men who carried out illegal fishing in prohibited fishing gear – nets. In a boat of these persons was discovered 2 bags of fish (carp – 15 copies, perch – 3 copies., carp – 147 copies) and the grid. The total weight of illegally extracted water bioresources – 55 kg. the sum of the caused fishery damage amounted to UAH 8619. On the facts of illegal catch of aquatic biological resources the Protocol on an administrative offence, responsibility for which is stipulated by part 4 of article 85 of the Cao. The files will be transferred to the court for the offenders to responsibility according to current legislation.
