Most of the questions of regulation of economic activities should be resolved on the ground, after all, with local authorities most closely involved in the business and the investors, - said the mayor of Ternopol Sergey Nadal. - In Ukraine there are already positive effects of the decentralization process. In particular, the transfer of administration of certain functions, floor’connected with the work of small and medium-sized businesses, brought in Ternopil, the growth in the number of small and medium enterprises. With decentralization, the amount of revenue from the subjects’of small entrepreneurship in the city budget, in the first quarter of 2016, is up nearly 48%”.
