19 may 2016 in the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration held a working meeting with a delegation from Cherkasy region, who came to Vinnitsa to learn from the experience in provision of legal and physical persons on the terms of the lease of water bodies. Vinnytsia oblast, the first in Ukraine, from 1 January 2016 introduced a system of providing administrative services for registration of lease of water bodies through the Centers of administrative services. This minimizes the contact officer with the tenant to avoid corruption. With the beginning of the year through the Centers of administrative services from legal entities and individuals received 117 complaints.
