According to the General statistics office in Vinnytsia region in 2015. Vinnytsya region scientific research and development was performed in 19 organizations, employing almost 500 people, of which 364 are the direct executors of scientific and scientific-technical works. In addition, 287 people were engaged in scientific work in combination. In 2015. the implementation of the research work was done by professionals with an advanced degree – 10 doctors of science and 76 candidates of science. Their share in the total number of performers of scientific and scientific-technical works has not changed and amounted to 21.6%. The greatest number of organizations (in 2015. their number was 37%), who performed research work in the field of natural Sciences, which are dominated by organizations with agricultural focus. Almost a third of organizations (26%) performed research and development in the field of technical Sciences. Separate scientific organizations specialized in the field of medical, economic, pedagogical Sciences or had a diversified profile. Scientific organizations of Vinnytsia region during 2015. 308 was carried out scientific and scientific-technical works, total volume of which amounted to almost 36,0 mln. vs 41.0 million UAH. in the previous year. In 2015. to create new kinds of products was sent to 31 academic development, including 18 – new types of equipment. In addition, the researchers conducted the field work on the creation of new technologies (46), plant varieties and animal breeds (22), methods and theories (88), materials (5). To participate in international seminars, conferences scientists of the region in 2015. was made 161 out abroad and conducted 49 such activities of scientific organizations and institutions in the region.
