Compared to the corresponding period in 2015, revenues to the city budget of the city of Chernivtsi has grown on 132949,9 thousand UAH. or 32.0 per cent. Transfers from the state budget shortfall 9827,7 thousand UAH. or 3.8% (the plan at the reporting date – 260612,8 ths. fact – 250785,1 thousand UAH.). The city's budget. Chernivtsi (without taking into account of volumes of interbudget transfers) done in 4 months of 2016 on 122,0% (the plan at the reporting date 244308,2 thousand UAH.), actually received – 298177,5 ths. exceeding – 53869,3 thousand UAH. In comparison with January – April 2015 admission to the city's budget grew by 97628,6 thousand UAH. or 48.7 per cent. To the General Fund of the city budget m. Chernivtsi (without taking into account of volumes of interbudget transfers) received 258952,2 ths. what is 117,2% of planned figures for 4 months of 2016 (221034,2 thousand UAH.), over the plan obtained 37918,0 thousand UAH. Compared to the corresponding period of the 2015 year, revenues grew by 79758,6 thousand UAH. or 44.5%. To the special Fund of the city budget (without taking into account of volumes of interbudget transfers) received funds in the amount 39225,3 thousand UAH. or 55,1% of the adjusted plan for the year (71160,3 thousand UAH.). Due to the General Fund of the city budget in January-April 2016 made expenses in the amount of 403523,0 ths. in particular, focused on the industry: – education – 138131,6 thousand UAH.; – health – 54237,7 thousand UAH.; – culture – 8519,6 thousand UAH.; – utilities – 24755,6 thousand UAH. All applications main managers of means of the city budget are financed in full. The largest share in the total costs and that is 41.9 per cent, is the cost of wages and salaries. In January – April 2016 on payment of labour charges to workers of budgetary institutions of the city are directed 169078,1 thousand UAH. In January – April 2016 the calculations for the consumed budget institutions energy and utilities in the amount of 31817,6 ths. or 7.9 % of all expenditures of the General Fund budget.
