In Zhytomyr region approved a new Sanitary regulations for kindergartens
Officially published a new Sanitary regulations for preschool educational institutions (Official Herald of Ukraine ¹ 38 (24.05.2016), approved by order of Ministry of health of Ukraine from 24.03.2016 No. 234 and was registered in Ministry of justice of Ukraine on 14 April 2016 for No. 563/28693 shall enter into force from the date of publication. Specified Sanitary regulation specifies the conditions that will promote the establishment of kindergartens, including residential and commercial premises. The main advantages of the new edition of the rules: * In the absence of catering in preschool educational institution allowed delivery of finished products by the food market operators subject to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On main principles and requirements for safety and quality of food"; * In the absence of its own Laundry, the Laundry can be done by other laundries, with the exception of laundries, serving infectious health agencies, chemical and other hazardous industries; * Lifted the ban on the use for kids bunk beds. Also, from now on after infectious diseases the admission of children to preschool institution is permitted only with a medical certificate of the health institution in which the child was under medical supervision. Children after a temporary absence in the preschool institution for other reasons are accepted without medical certificates, in the absence of obvious signs of disease. The document is not small regulation (for example, the height of the sides of the sandbox or the diameter of the uprights of the fence beds, playpen), but also clear requirements to cleanliness, nutrition, temperature, lighting, maintenance of swimming pools, child's daily routine.
