Enterprises with foreign investments are actively working and developing in Zhytomyr. RSA Chairman Sergei mashkovskaya has repeatedly said about the openness of the authorities of the area to investors. Appropriate incentives for business development and attracting investment to the region, the head region requires from the local authorities. "By attracting investments and development of production depends on the number of new jobs, and filling budgets of all levels, and hence the development of the region as a whole. Therefore, the local government requires the creation of appropriate conditions for optimal use of local resources, especially land", – said the Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky. In his opinion, the local government and all state institutions are in an accelerated mode to give all approvals and to consider issues of land acquisition, if we are talking about expansion or establishment of new production. To ensure that the business gets a comfortable conditions, and licensing procedures are as simple as possible, without the administrative burden, at the regional state administration created the Council on attraction of investments. The result of the work of the Council signed a number of memoranda on cooperation of authorities with local and foreign business. The company operates in the Zhytomyr region and implements the investment project for the production of electrical and optical equipment cars for leading European car manufacturers with a total value of 30 million euros. Already in the first months of operation, the company employed 1006 employees. It is planned to create more than 5,000 jobs through 2018. Recently, the Chairman of regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky attended a private agricultural enterprise "Ukraine" in Popelnyansky district. In the village Pochuiky implemented the investment project for the construction of dairy farm for keeping cattle 1,000 head. The total amount of the investments is 160 million USD. The company employs 120 people. The average salary is more than 5 thousand hryvnias. Now the company is expanding the capacity of the seed plant, which will create more than 200 jobs. Thanks to the implementation of economic reforms of President of Ukraine, the oblast by the end of 2015 rose to 10 positions among the regions in socio-economic development. "The best social protection of working population is the availability of work and decent wages. Therefore, the increase of employment and labor market development is one of the main strategic directions of our activities – said the Chairman of ZHODA. – Pursuant to orders of the President of Ukraine on facilitating the employment of graduates and reducing unemployment among young people, first and foremost, we are attracting investment to the region, thereby stimulating economic growth and creating new high-paying jobs."
