during the spring-summer fire-dangerous period in territory of forests of the Rivne region rescuers are carrying out raids preventive checks on the observance by citizens of fire safety rules. The main task of employees of the state service for emergency situations, police officers and local authorities during such events is not only to identify offenders but also holding roses’explanatory work with citizens. So, on may 25 a similar RAID test was held in the village of Mikhailovka Radyvyliv district. Rescuers said that to put the fire allowed only in designated recreational areas. Leaving the place of rest, it is necessary to extinguish smoldering fire with water and make sure it is completely extinguished. Police officers and representatives of local authorities were reminded that the burning of vegetation involves not only administrative, but also criminal liability, as such actions can lead to significant losses, damage to forests and property.
