In the Rivne region before the summer vacation the rescuers reminded the children the rules of safe activity
Soon, the students of educational institutions, after the exams, will have the opportunity to relax during summer break, to gain strength before the new school year. To leisure for children has become a pleasant, memorable and – most importantly – safe, rescuers of the region continue to visit educational institutions to rose’to explain students the basic rules of safety. So on may 25 the staff of head Department gschs of Ukraine in Rivne region held a training lecture on safety in the summer for children of preschool and General educational establishments of the regional center. During the lesson the specialists of the rescue Service told the children the rules of behavior during a fire, the detection of suspicious and explosive devices, rules of conduct during their stay in the forests and on the waters edge. Also the lifeguards taught children, teachers and caregivers on the use of fire extinguishers. “during the week and often on weekends, many people prefer to stay in the woods. But it carries a great danger, because the forests as the most dangerous due to the hot and dry weather. The most dangerous phenomenon for the forest – it is a fire. As a result of forest fire ceases to function as an ecological system, destroyed all living things, and the negative consequences of the fires occur for a long period of time. Statistics show that about 98 % of forest fires arise through the fault of the people. And the reason is simple: careless handling of fire, a careless attitude towards forest wealth from vacationers, burning fire, dry herb’hardwood vegetation and debris on farmlands, wastelands and along the road», – told the rescuers. Finally, the lecture, the staff of service of rescue has shown educational videos on topical issues of safety of human life and presented thematic leaflets.
