Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko noted the importance of approval of investment programmes of thermal generation companies of the city of LLC FIRM "TEKHNOVA" and PJSC Oblteplokommunenergo". "The question of energy supply is an extremely important area of responsibility for local governments and state regulation," he said. "The heat meters in buildings must stand and it is written in the programs," - said the mayor.
