Also, the head of the hydrometeorological center reported that the middle of summer – July is the most hotter with thunderstorms and even hail. The average July temperature will be + 21-23 C which is 2-4 degrees more than the norm. Not rare will increase in some days of temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius.
