Vinnychchyna discussed current approaches for the introduction of energy saving technologies in the social institutions of local communities (photo)
Yesterday at the plenary session of the coordination Council on questions of local self-government under the Chairman of the regional Council , which was held in Tomashpol, one of the most important for the consideration of the identified issues of modern approaches in implementation of energy saving technologies in the social institutions of territorial communities of the region. On this issue the participants of the meeting informed the Director of the Department of housing and communal services, energy and infrastructure of regional state administration Sergey Volkov. In his presentation he described the current status of introduction of energy saving technologies in the region, stressing that the total savings from measures of replacing native gas is for the last heating season of around 3.5 billion USD. According to him, currently, the social institutions of the region reduced gas consumption against previous years almost doubled in the past year, consumed 6.8 million cubic meters of blue fuel. This was made possible thanks to the replacement of the institutions of the budgetary sphere gas boilers for ones that run on alternative fuels, as well as the measures for heat insulation of buildings: replacement of Windows, insulation of facades, etc (full presentation below). After the presentations, in discussion the Chairman of the regional Council Anatoliy Oliynyk and the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow summed up. In particular, Mr Cow pointed out that we should avoid cases where companies installing solid fuel boilers, does not cease to heat the room with gas: "If equipped with boiler – forget about the gas! Valid is a heating gas at a temperature of minus ten and below. Firewood zagotavlja not in October, but starting in August, so during the heating season to get prepared." The head of the region assured that the public sector funding for the purchase of solid fuel this year will be postponed by decision of the session with the fourth quarter in August-September. He also noted that for private households and condominiums in the region will continue to create the most favored in getting the "warm loans. Therefore, in its decision of 31 may 2016 the Coordination Council on questions of local government under the Chairman of the regional Council recommended that the regional state administration to develop and submit for consideration of session of regional Council the draft programme of energy efficiency and reduction of energy consumption in Vinnytsia region for the years 2017-2021, involving the development of a draft program of scientific workers, representatives of business, industry, associations, condominiums, and specialized non-governmental organizations to take account of the positions of all interested parties. After the plenary session, the meeting participants got acquainted with the work of social institutions of territorial communities of Tomashpil district, tomashpil, visiting preschool educational institution "Sun" (day nursery), NPK Tomashpolski secondary school i-iii stages - gymnasium", Kamergersky higher professional school. The attention of the members of the delegation was focused on the introduction of these institutions energy-saving technologies. The participants of the visiting coordinating Council under the Chairman of the regional Council got acquainted with the work komarhorods'ke inpatient units of permanent and temporary stay of Territorial center of social service of Tomashpil district where they live now 20 wards and examined the premises Komogortsev rural outpatient clinics of General practice of family medicine after a major overhaul.
