The Vinnytsya regional Prosecutor's office continues to take steps to prosecute officials who evade execution of court decisions
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region established that officials of one of the enterprises Kryzhopil district, being able, intentionally not perform 5 of the court's decisions on collection of debts in the budget and funds of a social orientation, totaling more than 300 thousand hryvnias. It is established that the management of the enterprise-the debtor, in violation of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine «On enforcement proceedings" of 2015, committed actions that hindered the enforcement of court decisions, in particular opened 9 new Bank accounts, to avoid withdrawal of funds from arrested accounts of the state by the contractor. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region on the specified fact in the Unified state register of pretrial investigations included information on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 382 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
