Vinnytsia oblast was visited by the members of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (+photos)
Members of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, specialists of the Central apparatus, heads of regional departments of the Foundation visited Vinnytsia region and got acquainted with the work of Mogilev-Podolsky unified management of the Fund in the region. The event was held in the building of Mogilev-Podolsk diocesan administration. Visitors were shown the work of "transparent office", which was established in February 2010. the specialists of the front office work in a new program of granting and payment of pensions on the basis of the centralized information technology. Time of service of citizens concerning the primary purpose of pensions has been reduced by half. After reviewing the work of the office of the audience showed the results of the monitoring work of departments for public service. Monitoring was conducted with the aim of developing common principles for assessing the quality of service provision to visitors of the Foundation.
