Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathian region together with employees of USB of Ukraine in the area detained the senior inspector of one of departments of customs checkpoint "Solotvino" of the Transcarpathian customs office of the SFS while obtaining 300 dollars of illegal benefit. It is established that the employee has received the specified sum for not to form obstacles to the movement of jewelery without proper customs clearance of Romania on the territory of Ukraine. Now in the specified criminal proceedings with preliminary legal qualification under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, continues carrying out Prime investigative actions directed on documenting of illegal activity of the employee of customs.
