In Ternopil annually "Lemko, Kermes"

Folk music festival "Lemko, Kermes" began in Ternopil this year. Dabbled Lemke at the Church of "ascension of the Lord June 9. The event saw members of society "Lemko" from different parts of Ukraine, Lemko artists and folk groups from different corners of the Ternopil region. "I invite all Lemkos to create a spiritual centre here, because this place needs to be not just a Church, - noted the Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna. - There should be a reading room, it must be all, that would have forced us to remember our native dialect, to increase culture and traditions.
