On the implementation of the decision of the court, pronounced under the claim Vladimir-Volyn Interdistrict Prosecutor, two residents of the Princely city was returned to the state Bank loan – 480 thousand UAH. To protect the interests of the state in the sphere of monetary policy, the Prosecutor asked the court to force the borrowers to pay the loan with PJSC " State savings Bank of Ukraine». The decision of Vladimir-Volyn city court the statement of claim of the prosecution was accepted. Now all borrowings subject to penalties returned to the Bank. Note that during April-may 2016 really made judgments on claims of Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office, totaling $ 825 thousand.
