At the request of the regional Prosecutor's office of Vinnitsa city court chose a measure of restraint in form of detention with the definition of Deposit in the amount of 116 thousand UAH against the surgeon, one of the medical institutions of the city of Vinnytsia on the fact of extortion and receiving improper benefits in the amount of US $ 900 from the ATO for providing a third group of disability for the wounded during the fighting. The actions of the physician is qualified under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official which holds responsible position). Optional: For the offence penalized by deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
