Compared with the corresponding period last year receipts in the city budget has grown by 115897,5 thousand UAH. or, at 44.9%. To the General Fund of the city budget. of Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudget transfers) received 336060,1 ths. what is 120,8% to targets at the reporting date (278206,5 thousand UAH.) over the plan obtained 57853,6 thousand UAH. Compared to the corresponding period in 2015, revenues increased by 108103,6 thousand UAH. or is 47.4%. To the special Fund of the city budget (excluding the amounts of intergovernmental transfers) received funds in the amount of 37921,7 thousand UAH. or 51,8% of the adjusted plan for the year (73272,6 ths.). Due to the General Fund of the city budget for January – may 2016 made expenses in the amount of 515037,7 ths. in particular, aimed at the industry: – education – 179249,3 thousand UAH.; – health – 70449,5 thousand UAH.; – culture – 10874,6 thousand UAH.; – housing and utilities – 33320,8 thousand UAH. All applications main managers of means of the city budget are financed in full. The greatest specific weight in the total expenditures is expenditures on wages with charges (43,0 %). In 5 months of 2016, to pay accrued to employees of budgetary institutions of the city aims 221273,8 thousand UAH. The calculations for the consumed budget institutions energy and utilities in the amount of 39017,0 ths. or 7.6 % of all expenditures of the General Fund budget. Capital spending at the expense of special Fund of the city budget – the development budget for the 5 months of 2016 aimed 38703,9 thousand UAH.
