The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region have taken measures to recover from the judges caused to the state losses
in 2007, a former judge of the Tulchinsky district court adopted an unlawful decision, which wrongly liabilities’linked Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine to recalculate and pay pensions to former servicemen for total amount nearly 6,5 million hryvnias. To recover the caused damages to the state Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the interests of the Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region submitted to the specified judges claim 6 484 258 USD. Vinnitsa city court decided to recover from a judge who is currently serving a sentence in a penal colony, in favor of the state in the face of the Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region 6 484 258 USD.
