The Vinnytsya regional Prosecutor's office protects the interests of the state in the banking sector
court of Appeal of Vinnytsia region at the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region upheld the decision of the Moscow city court on 29.03.2016. The specified decision the court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office in interests of the state in the face of Public joint stock company " State savings Bank of Ukraine” of the recovery funds in the amount of almost 823 thousand. Since PJSC " State savings Bank of Ukraine” is a state banking institution of Ukraine 100 % shares of which belongs to the state, so debtors are detrimental to the government directly.
