At the expanded meeting with heads of departments and heads of municipal enterprises of city Council July 4, Chernihiv mayor Vladislav Atroshenko commented on the situation with the purchase of the 10 new trolleybuses. He drew attention to the fact that the purchase of the Chernihiv trolleybus on results of open tendering disputed by those companies, which want for your trolley the price is much higher than the winner of the tender. "One of them was on 700 thousand more, and the other at 800, but one made the complaint in Antimonopoly Committee, and the second to the court," he said. The mayor highlighted the conditions of trading in which the Complainants claim. First of all, it is a condition of the presence of the manufacturer's experience: the bidder during the last two years have sold at least 25 of the trolley. "We put in the conditions that they are at least 25 trolleybuses have already developed. We are customers and this is our condition associated with the reluctance to buy cars that haven't proven themselves. As nobody would agree, for example, to him the house was built with people who are doing it for the first time", - said Vladislav Atroshenko. However, according to the mayor, with the Chernihiv factory and as a local manufacturer – after all negotiations were conducted on the eve of the announcement of the tender. However, the proposed plant the price was too high: "We all understand what is local and why is it necessary to support it. But the price, which insisted the plant was above market.
