Sunday, July 10, at 18.00 Transcarpathian regional Ukrainian musical-drama theatre.brothers Seregu closes the 70th theatrical season with the premiere of the drama by Jean Cocteau's "Orpheus and Eurydice" staged by Alexander Sarksyan. Jean Cocteau (1889-1963) – French film Director, actor, artist, writer, and iconic figure of the European avant-garde of the first half of the twentieth century. In 1926 he wrote the play "Orpheus and Eurydice" based on the famous antique myth, which takes place in the present. In 1950, took in her explanation of the film "Orpheus" with Jean Marais in the title role. The Director of the play Alexander Sarksyan argues that "Orpheus and Eurydice" is a story about us, about our feelings, about the need for love, about caring each other, about the eternal mystery of love...
