For the murder of 56-year-old resident will be imprisoned for 10 years
Rivne local Prosecutor's office implemented the procedural guidance and supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings for premeditated murder, which took place in December 2015 in the regional center on the street of the Prince of Ostrog. During a pretrial investigation it is established that 56-year-old who is earlier repeatedly judged for Commission of crimes against property, being in an alcohol intoxication, during a verbal conflict with his friend, caused her numerous injuries by applying blows with his fists on the head, body and grip her neck with his hands, causing the latter died. The verdict of the Rivne city court 13.06.2016 specified man has been found guilty of committing a criminal offense under part 1 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder) and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
