About it during a weekly operational meeting with heads of departments and services of the region said Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow. "Session of regional Council approved the new program, and we are taking concrete steps to fundamentally change the approach to the entire system of communication of the regional state administration with regional Council, deputies, structural subdivisions of regional state administration, local state administrations, - said the head of the region Valery Cow. – We have in this direction rapidly moving forward." The main priorities and stages of implementation of the Informatization program "Electronic Vinnitsa" for 2016-2017 participants of the meeting informed the head of Department of information technology office of the regional state administration Igor Solonenko. According to him, the program envisages introduction of technologies of electronic governance in bodies of Executive power and local self-government and focused primarily on the development of electronic document management system, automation Snapv region, the implementation of the regional portal of administrative services in Vinnytsia region, the creation and development of a platform of electronic democracy, creation and development of official web sites and web portals of government bodies, introduction of automated systems of support of acceptance of administrative decisions with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the authorities and the development of public e-services. Implementation of the program, said Igor Solonenko, will occur in several ways. Among the highlights are: - introduction of the clips, which will give new tools for electronic communication, calendaring and to-do list the nature of the service; - the implementation of document, which will consider the input and to process source documents, to exercise control over the implementation of resolutions; - creation of a web portal that would provide access to information to people with limited functional abilities, given the possibility of registration of electronic applications and petitions. In parallel, measures will be taken to improve the information security policy. In addition, the creation of a registration system, the purpose of which, primarily, is the account of working time and increase working discipline. "We have provided the necessary funding, there is a corresponding project. Plan to make repairs on the first floor of the room, to create a transparent space for people, where it would be possible to carry out reception of citizens. Also in the project – establishment of perimeters and the production of the employees of the administration and the Board of relevant cards that would allow you to control the recording of working time", - emphasized in this context, Valery Cow. According to the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Mykola Kupecheskogo, funding for this program from the regional budget allocated 2 million UAH.
