State financial inspection in Vinnytsia region for January-June provide compensation for losses by 14.3 million UAH
the Experts of state financial inspection in Vinnytsia region during January-June 2016 provided the elimination of violations that led to losses of financial and material resources for the sum more than 14.3 million UAH. According to the results of control activities and heads of local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations issued 66 administrative decisions. According to the materials of audits of the law enforcement agencies began 19 pre-trial investigations and handed one written notice of suspicion in committing a criminal offence. In 35 cases in institutions during audits which identified violations of the budget legislation, applied measures of influence, namely: 21 suspension of operations with budgetary funds, 6 suspensions of budget and 8 reductions in budgetary allocations budgetary funds for total amount over 600 thousand UAH. For committed financial violations 135 officials are brought to administrative responsibility, 40 – disciplinary and material, and 4 persons were dismissed from their posts. For prevention and counteraction of legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means, the State service for financial monitoring of Ukraine sent information on revealed financial transactions subject to financial monitoring, for a total amount of more than 12.6 million UAH.
