Rescuers SSES of Ukraine caution: careless handling of fire is causing large-scale fires in ecosystems!
In the hot summer days, people try to spend the rest of nature, so often they go to the forest or grassland areas. But to observe basic rules of fire safety in Ukraine there are many fires. Failure to observe the rules of fire safety, namely the burning of dead wood, careless handling of fire, outstanding match, cigarette butt can cause large-scale fires. That is why now all the efforts of the rescuers intended to counteract fires in ecosystems. Rescuers constantly carry out preventive work throughout the country. In particular, on 12 July the specialists of the Nikolaev area carried out a RAID on the Park areas and talked to the visitors of gardens and parks regarding fire safety rules. The main emphasis was placed on prevention and the prevention of emergence of fires in natural ecosystems. The same day, Kirovohrad rescuers also raided and reminded the citizens what rules should be followed to prevent fire in the forest. During the event the experts told everyone that the main cause of fires in the ecosystem is the human factor. Because the fires cause irreparable harm not only the environment, but also for the people – fire can spread through open territory to spread to a house. Similar raids took place in the Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zaporizhzhya regions. Specialists in rescue operations to reduce the number of emergencies and to teach everyone to value their own lives will always spend time’explanatory work among citizens. To participate in the event are invited also representatives of mass media to convey very important messages and warnings to the largest possible number of people.
