This is stated in the official letter of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, heads of higher educational institutions, signed by First Deputy Minister of education and science Inna Sovsun. This decision in the Ministry of education adopted in connection with numerous appeals of students who have ceresana names in the documents had difficulties with the correct application for admission to the UNIVERSITY. “This is the first year when applying for “the bachelor” is almost entirely performed online through electronic system. We decided to support the candidates who due to different life circumstances are different names in documents, and allow them to submit applications in paper form. This decision was taken because the electronic system does not contain data on persons who changed names, so we can not correlate this information with documents,” – says Inna sovsun.
