Lutsk: violators of the requirements of the legislation in the field of urban development will pay to the budget more than one million hryvnias
During today's Executive Committee meeting on inspections of observance of the legislation in the field of urban planning, requirements of state construction norms, standards and regulations, and performs licensing and registration functions in the field of urban development in the I half of 2016 reported to the chief of Department of the state architectural and construction control of city Council Yury butterfish. According to the speaker, the division in the first half of 2016 was conducted 74 inspections, out of which 5 – 69 planned and unplanned. The main reasons for unscheduled inspections was the identification of the fact of unauthorized construction of the object and the address of physical or legal persons on violation subject to town planning requirements of town planning legislation. Of the total number of audits conducted in four construction sites were not identified violations of legislation in the sphere of urban planning, building norms, state standards and rules. The results of the checks were issued 68 decisions on administrative offences, 14 resolutions on imposition of fines for offences in the sphere of urban development, and two on the closure of proceedings for offences in the sphere of town planning legislation. As at 30 June 2016 was 64 messages about the beginning of construction works, 348 declarations of the beginning of construction works, 214 declarations of readiness of an object for use, returned for revision – 42 of the Declaration, cancelled – 10 declarations about the beginning of construction works. First Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev said that the establishment of the Department of state architectural-building control of the city Council was a positive step. For six months the employees of the Department found many violations in the field of urban development. “In the future, need to exercise initiative, to be proactive,” said Taras Yakovlev.
