the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region supported the state charge on criminal case of the prosecution 2 of Volyn in human trafficking. Acting in an organized group with two other citizens of the Republic of Poland, which the Polish party is imbued with the prosecution, in the period from February 2009 to February 2011, they recruited and referred for sexual exploitation in Poland 9 women. The attackers were looking for young women of attractive appearance, who were in material need, and, promising jobs and good earnings overseas, transporting them to Poland, where he reported to his partners – the owners of night clubs. The poles, having received "live product" under the pretext of the need to register was collected from the women's passports and forced into prostitution. Yesterday Lutsk city district court found both traffickers convicted of crimes under part 3 of article 149 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The organizer of the group was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment with confiscation of property. His accomplice was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with establishment of a 3-year probationary period.
