the Department of organization period of work and during execution of court rulings in the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, Kalinowski district court on 20 July this year directed the claim in the interests of Vinnytsia regional Council, Kalinowski district and Pavlovskaya village councils to the former acting’relations of chief Kalinowski district Department of land resources for compensation of damage caused by the crime in the amount of 505 thousand hryvnias. It is established that due to unlawful activities of the person in 2007, one of the companies in the region illegally provided 10 hectares of forest lands without payment of losses of forestry production.
