the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region performs procedural management in criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of road accident that occurred July 30 near Vinnitsa. As a result of collision of four cars: "VAZ 21015”, “Nissan Qashqai”, “Volkswagen T4”, “Mercedes Atego”,’SNI road M. Vinnytsia injured 10 people, 5 of them – children. Data are brought in ERDR according 30.07.2016 part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine, ie violation of the rules of road safety, which resulted in grave consequences. Died in hospital the drivers «Volkswagen» and «Vase" and, therefore, 31.07.2016 criminal proceedings were reclassified under part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine. It is established that on the road «Stryi-Kirovohrad-Znamyanka’Slavyanka”, in the direction of Uman, the driver of the car brand "VAZ 21015", has not coped with management and has left on an oncoming traffic strip where has made collision with the car "Volkswagen T4" in which salon there were six passengers. Passengers «Volkswagen T4” and the driver of the car "Nissan Qashqai" was injured and now are in medical institutions of the regional center. In criminal proceedings interrogation of witnesses, forensic medical and forensic examination, perform other urgent investigative actions aimed at rapid, complete and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal offense.
