In Chernihiv set up a Commission to determine the amount of damages caused to land owners
In the Chernigov city Council to create a Commission to determine the amount of damages caused to land owners and land users, with the aim of creating a common institutional and legal framework for this process. Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko offers all Deputy fractions to determine the candidates of its representatives to be included in the composition of the Commission. In addition to deputies of the city Council, the Commission will include experts of its relevant structural units, representatives of the management of Derzeitiger in Chernihiv district, Chernihiv and Chernihiv region United state tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of state fiscal service in Chernihiv region. The Commission will work in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure of determination and compensation of losses caused to land owners and land users in the city of Chernihiv. In the text of this Provision, in particular, stated: "land Owners and land users shall be reimbursed for damages caused by withdrawal (redemption) and the temporary occupation of land plots, restrictions on their use, deterioration of soil cover and other useful properties of land or bringing them in unusable condition and poterjannom income in connection with the temporary use of land plots, unauthorized occupation of land, use of land without registration of documents certifying the right to land plot in accordance with the law in other cases when a person uses the land in violation of land law on payment for land".
