In Vinnytsia oblast,with the assistance of members of village Council,the official received free in a private property more than 1 hectare of land
Nemirovsky local office of public Prosecutor in district court before it's revealed a lawsuit against Cusco rural Council and the Deputy of city Chairman of one of district centers of the region about cancellation of the decision of the session, the recognition of the state act on the right of private ownership is invalid and the return of the land. It is established that Chukou village Council transferred free to private ownership face two land plots with a total area over 1 ha for subsidiary farming. Neither during the decision on free transfer of land into private property, either during approval of technical documents and issuance of the state act on the ownership of the deputies why-that didn't take into account that the land is within a coastal protective strip of the river southern bug. This is despite the fact that according to article 87 of the Water code of Ukraine the Executive committees of village councils Zobov'related to bring to the attention of the population, all stakeholders decisions on the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal protective strips and water protection regime that operates in these areas. They liabilities’linked to exercise control over the observance of the regime of use of these territories. Currently the lawsuit is pending Nemirovsky district court.
