For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings and sent to court the indictment against a person accused of a premeditated murder from hooligan promptings (item 7 of part 2 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine). This event took place in December 2012. In a field between the villages of m'yatyn and Alekseevka in Rivne region law enforcement officers found the charred car "Renault Kengo", beside which was the body of the owner, a 51 – year resident of Rivne, damaged by fire and with the existing signs of injuries, including a gunshot wound to the head. Investigators SU GUNP in the Rivne region in the order of special pre-trial investigation collected compelling evidence that the brutal murder of men who worked in the regional center as a taxi driver, committed out of hooliganism with the use of devices designed for shooting rubber bullets, a 28-year-old resident Goshchansky district. He presently declared in the international search. Given the rules of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine regarding the peculiarities of special pre-trial investigation of criminal offences against the person applies the procedure of conviction. The indictment in fact be considered Goshchansky district court. The sanction of article of the criminal code prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 10 till 15 years or lifelong imprisonment.
