General Directorate of State fiscal service in Vinnytsia region informs taxpayers that the letter of the SFS of Ukraine from 27.05.2016 G. 5586 N/N/99-99-14-05-01-14 the manner of application of registrars of settlement operations with use of the Internet. In particular, says that according to the PP.14 paragraph 1, article 3 of the Law No. 675, sale of goods remote way - the conclusion of the electronic contract on the basis of acquaintance of the buyer with the description of the product provided by the seller in the manner specified by the Act, by providing access to catalogs, prospectuses, booklets, pictures, etc. using information and telecommunication systems, television, mail, radio or other means, excluding possibility of direct acquaintance of the buyer with the goods or samples of the product at the conclusion of such contract. So even if you order goods via the Internet, a business entity is obliged to issue the payment document in the prescribed form and properly executed warranty card. The entities that use the advertising Internet pages for sales of goods, works (services) must be registered by the PPO on a common basis at such stores, and in the case of delivery by courier service may register RRO on a vehicle that will deliver.
