Carried out raids to detect unauthorized installed temporary facilities-summer playgrounds in the city of Lutsk
the Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council conducted raids on compliance of the order of placement of temporary structures-summer playgrounds in the city, approved by decision of the Executive Committee of Lutsk city Council dated 02.08.2012 No. 528-1 "About Rules of placement and operation of temporary structures for entrepreneurial activity on the territory of the city of Lutsk". In the course of raids in the period from may to August 2016, inspectors of the municipal police Department of Lutsk city Council composed more than 34 prescriptions and 34 of the Protocol on administrative offences under article 152 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Violation of state standards, norms and rules in the sphere of improvement of settlements, rules of improvement of territories of settlements), all protocols drawn up at physical persons (entrepreneurs and business entities for placement of temporary structures – outdoor areas without the proper paperwork, or for non-compliance of conditions stipulated in the Datasheet. Protocols on administrative offences was submitted for consideration of the administrative commissions of the Executive committees of city, village and settlement councils. The results of this work, the Department will be prepared the draft decisions of the Executive Committee on the dismantling of these temporary structures-outdoor areas.
