Employees of the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathian region together with employees of SBU in area exposed when obtaining illegal benefit of the operative of sector of criminal investigation Department of one of police departments GUNP in the area. Pre-installed, the security officer demanded Transcarpathians 22 thousand UAH. for not attraction them to criminal liability for robbery. He was detained when receiving part of a bribe-8 thousand UAH. The Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit in a large size official combined with extortion). The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
