In the Vinnitsa pre-trial investigation on criminal proceedings concerning the resonant accident in Sochi is over
As previously reported, 23.06.2016 sec. Vapnyarka Tomashpil district, occurred serious road traffic accident in the course of which, as a result of violations of traffic rules the driver of the vehicle brand "VAZ" killed the driver of the motorcycle brand “Viper” – 28 year old village head and 19-year-old passenger. Now pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings completed, the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region sent to the court indictment in relation to "a grief-the driver" on signs of the crime under part 3 St. 286 criminal code of Ukraine. The trial, he expects custody. Additionally, part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine - violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person which manages a vehicle, which resulted in the deaths of several persons, - shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from p'five to ten years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.
