The primary aim of the Centre is to popularize contract military service: here provide comprehensive information about jobs, pay level, options for further deployment, will help to collect documents for admission to the service contract. Also, the center will be on duty specialists that will help the military in matters of social protection: registration of land, the improvement of housing conditions, access to treatment and rehabilitation, the design of benefits for children. Demobilized soldiers will know where to re-train and help with employment. At the same time support Center "volunteer army" will act as lecture and training area. The Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna says that the practice plan to distribute to the districts. "It is important to realize that the range of support that can be provided by the army authorities, should be expanded. There are examples of formal relations to these issues, we demonstrate how high may be the level of cooperation between the administration and the military.
