Rivne oblast: rescuers liquidated a conditional emergency situation in the high risk of PJSC DUBNOMOLOKO"
17 August, during a comprehensive inspection of the implementation of state policy in the field of civil protection and the organization of work on technological and fire safety in Dubno on the territory of PJSC “DUBNOMOLOKO” took place tactics-special doctrines. During the event, the Board gschs of Ukraine checked readiness of emergency services of the city for joint action in case of an emergency at about’object of increased danger. So, according to a tactical plan, as a result of accident on the premises depressurization receivers ammonia plant with leakage half a ton of ammonia. In the midst of the accident is one casualty. Immediately after receiving the signal about the incident on phone of service of rescue " 101», the call was immediately sent rescue units, law enforcement, gas, medical and energy services. Fighters of gschs in hazmat suits conducted a rescue of a victim with simultaneous deposition of ammonia clouds jointly with the representative of the’object implemented the overlap of the ammonia in the damaged area. Meanwhile, the police was organized a vigil at the scene around the perimeter. The injured worker, the rescuers handed over to employees of ambulance. Employees of the gas service turned off the gas about’object, and energy held a breakdown of all the premises. In General the elimination was drawn 7 units to 26 people, including GU gschs of Ukraine in the Rovno area 3 fire rescue car and 14 rescuers.
