Resolution of the Vinnytsia regional administrative court from 14.04.2016, which gained legal force 05.05.2016 satisfied the claim of the head Kalinowski local Prosecutor's office in interests of management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in kalynivskyi district in PAO " Ivanovo specialized Kar’er” of the recovery of debts on payment and delivery of privileged pensions in the amount of 149 thousand hryvnias. To the local Prosecutor's office received information from Kalinowski of the Department of the public Executive service of the main territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region on the end of the enforcement proceedings in connection’connection with the actual full execution of the court orders.
