In Zhytomyr region the condominiums continue to prepare for the heating season and warm flats

The cost of the activities for the condominiums will make up only 54%. Moreover, the savings in utility costs of one apartment will amount UAH 99 per month. The loan payment with one apartment – only 8-29 UAH per month", – said the Chairman of the Agency. If the condominiums will attract large sum of cash – 500 thousand UAH, will be able to carry out comprehensive measures on warming: to equip and so FORTH, partly to insulate the building or install a heat pump or solar collector. Again, about 37% of the costs will be reimbursed by Government and other 9% – local authority. Saving money on utilities one apartment will be 174-483 UAH per month. Loan payment with one apartment: 27-97 UAH per month. "In any of these scenarios, the cost of condominiums will make up about 55% of the total amount of funds raised for insulation. That is, getting Government and local compensation, even paying interest on the loan, the condominium is actually has the ability to purchase the necessary equipment and materials for half its market value," said Serhiy Savchuk.
