In the Rivne region completed a comprehensive audit of the SSES of Ukraine
August 23, completed a comprehensive audit of the status of implementation of the state policy in the sphere of civil protection, organization of work on technological and fire safety service activities of head Department gschs, which lasted virgins’five days in the region. The work of the Commission was headed by the Deputy Chairman of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations Ruslan Beloshitskiy. The test covered the most industrially loaded administrative-territorial units of the region, namely: Rivne, Ostrog, Dubno, Kostopol, Berezne, Varash, and Rivne, Ostrog, Dubno, Kostopil, Bereznovsky and Volodymyrets areas. The results of the comprehensive work of the Commission in the Rivne regional state administration held an operative meeting of the regional Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine Ruslan Beloretskogo. Participation in the meeting was also attended by the heads of local authorities, regional agencies, members of the Commission, the heads of the departments of civil protection of the region. A comprehensive audit of the status of implementation of the state policy in the sphere of civil protection, organization of work on technological and fire safety service activities of head Department gschs gave a substantive assessment of the activities of the management bodies of civil protection of the region, and drawn up and signed by all members of the Commission of the SSES inspection report will be submitted for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. After the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine Ruslan Beloshitskiy handed over to the staff of the rescue Service Rivne region for excellent service, dedication and professionalism shown during the execution of official duties’ties, as well as on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of independence of Ukraine next special rank and departmental insignia. We will remind, with the aim of establishing the real level of preparedness of the authorities and services to respond to emergencies during the test, worked out the appropriate practical input on about’objects of life. The Commission inspected the work of rescuers of gschs and all operational services in the event of various emergency events. When developing each introductory on the scene quickly created and worked for the headquarters for elimination of relevant emergency situations, headed by the heads of district authorities. Every time the actions of the rapid response units were monitored closely by experts of the Commission of the SSES of Ukraine, which at the end of the exercises gave a principled assessment of the work of each of the services of civil protection of the region concerned.
