The Prosecutor's office of Rivne region defended on appeal the legitimacy of claims about the return of community land worth UAH 2 million
Rivne economic court of appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance that the claims of the prosecution Rivne region fully satisfied and the obligation of the limited liability company return of Rivne city Council land area of more than 3 thousand square meters worth UAH 2 million. So, prosecutors proved in court that contrary to the claims made by the parties to the contract and legislation, the company systematically were not paid for the 2014-2015 rental fee for the use of land, which is granted for servicing of warehouses of construction materials. The decision of the trial court, which agreed to terminate the lease of said land and return it to the community was appealed by the society to the appeal. However, the court of appeal agreed with the position and arguments of the prosecution, left the appeal without satisfaction, and the decision of the court of first instance – without changes. Therefore, due to the active and consistent position of the Prosecutor of the community of the city of Rivne returned land worth 2 million UAH.
